Here is the list of all the new restaurants and bars in Goa, you MUST visit.

Village 36

Village 36, Assagao

Discover flavours from the streets of Southeast Asia at Village 36. A friendly atmosphere, a cheerful vibe and a naturesque persona with plenty of green spaces and exposed brick walls add to the natural quotient of this restaurant designed by Sussanne Khan. Village 36 is a bright, tropical co-working space by day that metamorphosizes into a conversational bar and kitchen by night. Serving mouth watering bowls of ramens, BBQs, gaengs, hotpots and sumptuous morsels of pork, duck and meats marinated, smoked and cured for 36 hours straight. This new joint promises authenticity and big, bold flavours in street style cuisine from Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. The splendid cocktail menu designed by Hideaway boasts of exuberant drinks with fun back-stories. The Giggle Water, for instance, as the name suggests is most likely to raise you to cheers ( pun intended ) and the 1992 Ban, with a fun bubble gum flavour is inspired by the ban on bubble gum in Singapore that year. An interesting anecdote to start the night with, right? There’s plenty to gush over, food and otherwise at this new settlement, we most definitely recommend you give it a try!

Kuchuns, Morjim

Casual and soulful dining for the unpretentious traveller. Say hello to fusion cuisine of traditional Bihari dishes with Goan and asian influences. This is a great spot for vegetarians as well as non-vegetarians looking for Indian food in Goa. Prawn Tacos, Chana Galouti and the Berry Pulao are much talked about dishes from the kitchen of Kuchun.

Prana Goa

Prana Kula, Mandrem

Great food with a great view. Picture a shabby chic hut-like home by the beach with eye-catching colourful art. That’s the vibe at Prana Kula. Serving healthy dishes, smoothies and a mix of cuisine from Mexican to Thai to German, the place has lots to taste and try. We recommend a lazy breakfast scene with all your chums.

Raki, Miramar

With breathtaking views of the Miramar beachfront, Raki serves delicious Mediterranean cuisine on the 11th floor of The Crescent Hotel. The beautiful rooftop restobar named after the signature drink of Turkey, ‘Raki’ is the first in the country to serve this potent cloudy liquor made from twice distilled grapes and star anise. Go there for the views and the cocktails.
