At Villa in Palms, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests is the highest priority. In light of the post-covid situation, we are undertaking renewed cleanliness and hygiene measures, as mentioned below.

Our Staff
 
Hygiene and sanitization of our staff are of utmost importance. Temperature screening of our guests and staff will be undertaken.
Guest Safety
 
Additional safety measures have been implemented. Wearing a mask is mandatory. Partnership with telemedicine operators is available.

Physical Distancing
 
Physical distancing practices are in place to minimise person-to-person contact

Housekeeping
 
Housekeeping staff use fresh gloves for every room they service. Deep cleaning and sanitization procedures are carried out in frequent intervals.

Touch Points
 
All high-frequency touch points like door handles, elevator buttons, counter and tabletops, railings, etc, are cleaned continuously using a sanitizer/disinfectant.

Villas & Rooms
 
Preventive amenities and other best practices are being implemented to keep you safe. Hand sanitizers are kept across the property.

Food & Beverage
 
Our food safety programme is in compliance with the new food safety guidelines of FSSAI.

Car & Luggage
 
Our cars are disinfected after each use, as is luggage, before they enter the villa.
 

Shared Facilities
 
There are enhanced rules and regulations in place, specific to each shared facility, to ensure a high standard of safety.

Contactless Payment
